Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Akansha Enterprises, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our solar power plant manufacturing and installation services. Since our setups involve significant custom engineering, metal structural fabrication, and procurement of electrical components, we maintain a transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please read the guidelines below to understand your rights regarding order cancellations and refund processing timelines.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of solar plant bookings or site consulting services are handled under the following conditions:
- Inquiry/Consultation Stage: There is no cost or obligation for initial online consultation or general inquiries.
- Site Survey Booking: You can cancel scheduled physical site survey bookings up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit for a full 100% refund of survey fees.
- After Booking / Prior to Material Procurement: If you cancel your solar plant project within 48 hours of paying the booking advance, and prior to the initiation of structural design layouts or material ordering, you are eligible for a 90% refund (10% is retained for initial engineering drawing efforts).
- Post Procurement / Fabrication Stage: Once custom metal structural fabrication starts or raw solar PV modules are sourced for your project, order cancellations will attract a 50% deduction on the advance amount to cover raw material wastage.
- On-Site Installation Stage: No cancellations or refunds can be offered once materials are delivered to the client site and assembly work commences.
2. Refund Eligibility & Rules
Refunds are initiated only after our accounting division verifies order milestones against the project timeline. To claim a refund, please send an official email to support@akanshaenterprises.online with your digital Booking ID, purchase receipt, and reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
IMPORTANT: Approved refunds are credited back to the customer's source account (original payment method) within 5 to 7 business days from the date the cancellation request is officially approved by Akansha Enterprises.
If you paid via Net Banking, Credit/Debit card, UPI, or Digital Wallet through our integrated payment gateway, the refund will be automatically routed back to that specific bank account or card. We do not issue cash refunds for digital transactions.
4. Delay in Refund Credit

5. Service Adjustments
If any solar component (such as an inverter or structural junction box) fails during the initial testing and commissioning phase, it is covered under our direct replacement policy and does not constitute grounds for project cancellation or full order refunds.
